We had the great privilege of hosting the 2024 Japan Burger Champion Takamasa Santo to our farm. Takamasa wanted to use our very popular and well known tomahawk steaks during his visit to the United States during a food competition. Takamasa is the owner of Harry’s Junction located in Tokyo, Japan. He was amazed at the cut and the flavor the steak provided.
