Included in Quarter, Half, & Whole orders! Steaks: 1 per pkg. 1 .25” Thick cuts, tri-tips, ribeye, sirloin, new york strip, & flank. (Tomahawks must be requested at order) Roasts: 1 per pkg. Avg 1.5-3 lbs. Burger: 1 or 2 lb. pkg. Ribs: 1 lb. pkg. Brisket: 9-11 lb. pkg. (Must request at order) Stew/Fajita cut: 1 lb. pkg. Soup bones: 1 lb. pkg. Oxtail: 1 lb. pkg.
Options: Pre-made 1/3 patties an additional $1.00 per lb. cost.
Packaging: Clear vacuum seal
Down Payments: Half of the total cost is required at the time of order, and the second payment upon pickup or delivery.
Delivery Options: More than 30 miles from our farm, there is a $100.00 delivery fee only within the state of Indiana. Delivery to surrounding states is available for an additional cost.
